I'm one of those people that actually enjoys putting makeup on in the morning. It makes me feel like I'm getting myself together before I start my day. It gives me time to wakeup before I have to go to class. Here's a list of what I use pretty much everyday: Primer- Smashbox Photo Finish Primer Foundation- Urban Decay Naked Skin Foundation Concealer- Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer Eye Primer- Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion Powder- Laura Mercier Loose Setting Powder Eyeshadow- Tarte Tartelette in Bloom or Urban Decay Naked Basics Mascara- Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara Blush- Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush (Dim Infusion) Setting Spray- Urban Decay All Nighter Long-Lasting Setting Spray My makeup routine has changed a lot over the years, and so has the products I use. But right now I am actually loving all the products I listed above and will probably stick with them for a while. I also have a 5-minute makeup routine post here: 5-minute-makeup.html

I don't know about you, but my skin completely changed this winter. I always had combination oily skin, but lately it's been so dry. I had no idea what products to use since mine were geared toward oilier skin. I still use some of the same stuff I did before winter, but a lot of my routine has changed. Here's what I've been using for my everyday skincare routine! *Disclaimer: this is not a sponsored post! I didn't realize how much Clinique stuff I use. Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm I love this stuff. I don't think I'll ever go back to regular makeup remover. This almost feels like your makeup is melting off your face. It makes taking mascara off so much easier. Clinique Liquid Facial Soap- Mild This face wash is really great because it's gentle enough for dry skin, but you can tell it's getting all the dirt. Clinique Clarifying Lotion 1.0 I use this after I wash my face to clean out my pores. I used the Clarifying Lotion 3 for combination oily skin for years, but this one is alcohol-free, which has really made a difference. Clean & Clear Advantage Acne Spot Treatment I've actually been using this product since I was in middle school. I've tried other products similar to this one, but nothing works as well as this. As soon as I feel a pimple coming on, I put a dab of this on it, and it disappears. Even if I'm travelling, I make sure this comes with me. Clinique All About Eyes I didn't used to use eye cream, but I have a 8:30am class now, and sometimes the circles under my eyes need a little help. Clinique Moisture Surge Extended Thirst Relief I got this for Christmas and I love it. I always have trouble with moisturizers because I find some of them clog my pores, but this one doesn't. It's refreshing, and hydrating. I hope you enjoyed this post! What are some of your favourite skincare products? Let me know in the comments!
~Ana I almost always wear makeup. If I'm exploring the city, or going out for dinner with my family, I tend to wear more. But sometimes, like when I have an early class, or I'm going to be spending the day travelling, I don't like to spend too much time on my makeup. This is my go-to routine for a faster and lighter makeup look. Foundation I have an uneven skin tone, so as soon as I put foundation on it makes a big difference. The foundation I'm using right now is the Tarte Rainforest of the Sea foundation. I also love using my BeautyBlender because it is so fast and does a great job. I use my BeautyBlender for this too. I don't really have a favourite concealer, but I usually use the Maybelline Instant Age Rewind concealer or the Make Up For Ever Ultra HD concealer. I have oily-combination skin, so this is an essential for me. But you could probably skip it if you have drier skin. My favourite powder is the Laura Mercier Loose Setting Powder. You will never see me leave my house/dorm without mascara, even if it is the only thing I put on. I've been using the Covergirl mascaras for years and I've never found anything that I like more. Links: www.covergirl.com/en_ca/beauty-products/eye-makeup/mascara Blush I'm really pale so I have to put blush on or I'll look like a vampire. I used to skip blush, but my mom would always say "you need more blush" when she saw me. My go-to blushes are the Nars Blush in Orgasm and the Tarte Amazonian Clay blush in Paaarty.
